In many cases, you will be the first impression for all prospects and customers encountered though our marketing efforts and play an instrumental role in bringing in new customers and customer leads!
In this role you will:
- Handle lead generation opportunities through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat.
- Walk prospects through the sign-up process and deployment of Cloud products in Cloud Control Panel.
- Qualify and pass leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales segment.
- Answer prospective customer questions about Rackspace’s products and services and provide information that helps customers understand Rackspace’s value propositions.
- Make outbound calls including, but not limited to, nurture for sales segments, trade shows, and marketing campaign efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and opportunity conversion targets.
