Leads all management for the Fanatical Support for Azure global business.
Responsible for overall vision and long term product strategy/roadmap for the product portfolio. Understands the market, competitors, and customer pain points - continually adapts/evolves the product set accordingly to grow market share. Owns product management, marketing, and product specialist responsibilities. Understands the customer segments and buyer types and builds the associated messaging and positioning. Systematically captures feedback from competitors, analysts, channel partners, and field sales reps on product/market fit. Works with product engineering to ensure the roadmaps are delivered on-time and on budget.
Oversight and optimization of the Product profit and loss (P&L) across direct and indirectly managed functions.
Work collaboratively across all product teams to establish an integrated roadmap and an enhanced multi-cloud customer lifecycle experience. #PRIORITY
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in Business Management, Customer Relations, Product Management and or Sales including a minimum of 10 years of Manager level experience required.
