  • Overview & Responsibilities

    • Manage cloud-enabled application management services for Oracle Fusion Middleware that provide complete support for the underlying hosted application infrastructure.
    • Serve as a primary Middleware Admin for a group of US based customers.
    • Architect and Development of SOA
    • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
    • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
    • Monitor team’s work for quality and guideline compliance.
    • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
    • Interacting with customers and effectively handling customer complaints
    • Prepare documentation and cross train team members on technology.

    Qualifications

    • BS Computer Science or related field.
    • Team management Experience.
    • Ability to skillfully manage and mentor team members.
    • Result-oriented manager with excellent Interviewing Skills.
    • Experience in performance management & team development.
    • Strong Relationship Building, Customer Service Skills.
    • Domain Knowledge and Industry Experience.
    • Experience as Oracle Fusion Middleware Admin. Experienced as a Middleware Admin performing design, installation and administration of Oracle middleware products.
    • Industry certification and exposure to Java EE application maintenance on proprietary and Open Source middleware platforms.
    • Aware of High Availability Concepts and Configurations with atleast one middleware platform like WebLogic.
    • Hands-on Build, deployment and exposure to support all different components of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
    • Strong Analytical skills to perform problem trend analysis to prevent problem recurrence and improve service levels.
    • Good Troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience in Scripting to handle automation / administration. Exposure to scripting in Shell, Perl, Python a plus.
    • Must have hands-on experience on Weblogic, Installation and configuration of BPEL\SOA, Demantra & 11gAS Discoverer.
    • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware design concepts, including SOA/ BPM/ OSB system experience.
