Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years in installation & configuration of Peoplesoft HCM/FSCM/CRM/Portal applications.
  • Extensive experience in PeopleSoft/Oracle ERP technical and architecture design, installation, configuration and administrator support.
  • 5+ years with Upgrading Peoplesoft applications to major releases
  • 3+ years supporting Peoplesoft with version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 and higher
  • 5+ years in installation/configuration of Peoplesoft services on Unix platform same with Windows platform
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, assist developers with troubleshooting performance issues
  • 5+ experience with regular PS System Admin duties which includes performing migrations of code, monitor production servers, troubleshoot connectivity issues Liaison with Shared Services for Infrastructure issues and working with Oracle support on technical issues
  • Demonstrated experience with Peoplesoft server components such as WebLogic Server, Process Scheduler, Tuxedo configuration, Cobol, Secured Enterprise Search
  • Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions to highly complex system issues.
  • Identify, assess, recommend and implement critical security patches & fixes
  • Previous experience with at least three full-life cycles PeopleSoft upgrades as a technical team member.
  • In-depth understanding of Peoplesoft Services and components installed on the server
  • Extensive experience with installation/configuration of Peoplesoft services on Windows server & Linux.





Specific Proficiency in PeopleSoft Technologies:

PeopleTools (8.54 and up) experience with 8.56 preferred

Change Assistant – install, setting up jobs, troubleshooting issues, etc.

DPK – Deployment packages – experience required.

PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) – installation experience required

WebLogic and Tuxedo – Installation, patching, and configuration skills required.

Integration Broker/SSO/LDAP

SES and/or Elasticsearch – installation and configuration experience required.

Phire – experience is a plus but not required.

PeopleSoft Application Development -  experience is a plus but not required.

Fluid Configuration - experience is a plus but not required.


Experience with relevant OS technologies:

Microsoft Windows Server (2008 and 2012)
