    • Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives for the Networking product line including firewall, load balancer, routing, switching, and connectivity.
    • Researches market trends and needs related to Networking for Hosting, Colocation, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud
    • Articulates results in the form of product requirements, leveraging a data-driven decision and prioritization process
    • Plays proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors in the marketplace.
    • Engages with Support, Service Delivery, and Sales teams to gather, analyze, and take appropriate actions based on voice of customer, market fit, and Operations feedbacks.
    • Develops content for marketing collateral and sales training to ensure successful product launches.
    • Works collaboratively across all product teams to establish an integrated roadmap and an enhanced multi-cloud customer lifecycle experience.
    • Involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery to eventual product retirement.




    • Requires General knowledge of two of the following domains: IT industry, networking technologies (including firewall, load balancing, routing, switching, connectivity), and product management area and business operations.
    • Requires knowledge of how to leverage networking technologies and products (including Cisco, Juniper, PAN, and Fortinet) to deliver values to Colocation, Hosting, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud customers.
    • Executes defined projects as per product strategy.
    • Experienced in participating in projects to induce change.
    • Proven problem solving capabilities.
    • Aware of principles of strategy.
    • Exercises independent judgement.
    • Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand. Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups. Ability to provide FANATICAL support.



    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • +3 years of experience in hosting/cloud/IT Product Management
    • Functional knowledge of the competitive landscape and products for cloud/hosting Networking.
